Estimagic's help files are easy to use:

All cells in the entire program are explained in detail. From any sheet in the workbook, simply click on the help button in the header area and the overview instructions for that sheet will load in your browser. You can access a particular cell by using the "next" and "previous" links at the top of the help page or scroll through the menu on the left.

The cells in the workbook are colored according to the legend at the left. The workbook is protected and Blue and Yellow cells are locked on all sheets. Purple and Gray cells are unlocked and ready to receive data input.
